Ryanair Bad Manners.

I recently flew from Dublin Airport to Leeds. As I was boarding my flight I helped a lady who was struggling with hand luggage, a new born baby and a push-chair. I carried her case from the terminal to the airplane and as I boarded 2 members of staff, before having the good manners to ask me about the luggage, questioned me loudly infront of passengers as to who gave me authority to bring 2 peices of hand luggage on board and why hadn't I checked one of the bags in. When they finaly stopped their questioning I told them it was the lady behind me carrying the baby who owned the luggage and I was only doing a good deed..No apology though...suprisingly!!

Hand Luggage.

This last few weeks Ryanair have realy tightened up on the SIZE of your hand luggage. You wont know until you are about to board your flight and they ask you to place your luggage in the frame. It's a bit of a cheap stunt just as you are boarding a flight.

Aer-Lingus.

I had to visit Austria this year so decided to try Aer-Lingus flying from Dublin. After checking out the prices for 7 people I went ahead with the booking. After Aer-Lingus stick on their taxes and charges the price wasn't so apealing as what was advertised. I went ahead with the booking as it was a trip we had to make. This is the best bit and look out for this when your booking. I done the booking, I checked us in online using my pc, my printer ink etc. Aer-Lingus have nothing to do as i've done it all for them but guess what...They charge me a €70 euro ADMIN FEE!! They don't just charge me...They will charge you as well..!!

Ryanair Online Check-in.

Ok, here's the deal. I go onto my pc to check in online for my flight. I save staff at the airport having to do this job. I use my electricity, my printer ink and my time and guess what...Ryanair CHARGE ME €10 per return journey for this! Daylight robbery.
